By public transport
Take the train from the airport to the Western Railway Station (Nyugati Pályaudvar). Then change to tram 4 or 6 (right in front of the station) and get off at Oktogon (one stop), either change for the underground to the Opera (one stop) or walk on the right side of Andrássy street facing west. Take the third turning on the right into Hajós street. Go straight on and the hotel is on your left.
Alternatively, take bus 200E or 93 at the airport and get off at Kőbánya-Kispest. Change for the M3 metro line and get off at Arany János street. Cross Bajcsy-Zsilinszky road at the traffic lights and turn left. Turn into Hajós street. The hotel is on your right, on the corner of Hajós and Zichy streets.

Take the metro (M3 – blue line) and get off at Arany János street (one stop). Cross Bajcsy-Zsilinszky road at the traffic lights and turn left. Turn into Hajós street. The hotel is on your right, on the corner of Hajós and Zichy streets.

Take the metro (M2 – red line) and at Deák square change for the M1 line (the Millennium Underground) and go two stops to the Opera. Then go along Hajós street (it is on the right side of the Opera House) and the hotel is on your left.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS | From the west

The hotel is situated in a pedestrian street. Please note that secured parking is available in the nearest street called Zichy street. Coming from Győr and Vienna. Drive along M1 or M7, cross the Erzsébet bridge to the Pest side and keep driving straight along on Kossuth Lajos street. As soon as you have passed Blaha Lujza square take the first right and turn right again at the end of Csokonai street. Then turn right again at József boulevard. and drive along there as far as Oktogon. At Oktogon turn left into Andrássy street. At the end of the street turn left at the traffic lights and drive along in Bajcsy-Zsilinszky street. Then take the fifth turning on the right into Zichy street. The hotel is in Hajós street, the first street on the left.

Coming from Slovakia and Debrecen. On motorway M3, follow the signs leading to the city center along Andrássy street. At the end of the street turn right into Bajcsy-Zsilinszky street at the traffic lights. Go along here and take the fifth turning on the right into Zichy street. The hotel is in Hajós street, the first street on the left.

Coming from Pécs. On M5, drive to the city centre on Üllői street. Then turn right at József boulevard and drive along there as far as Oktogon. At Oktogon turn left into Andrássy street. At the end of the street turn left at the traffic lights and drive along in Bajcsy-Zsilinszky street. Then take the fifth turning on the right into Zichy street. The hotel is in Hajós street, the first street on the left. To drive on motorways in Hungary, you have to pay a fee. The so-called ”motorway stickers” are available at the border and petrol stations. The use of front- and back-seat belts is compulsary. It is not allowed to use mobile phones while you are driving unless you have a hands-free device.
